Neolix RoboVans Enter Resort Guest Service in Korea's First-of-Its-Kind Deployment

JEJU, South Korea, September 2026 — L4 autonomous delivery is expanding into a new commercial setting in Korea. At Camphor Tree Hotel & Resort in Jeju, NT1, Neolix’s Korean partner, is introducing AI-powered RoboVan delivery across the approximately 120,000 m² property.

The service connects the resort’s front desk with 137 private villas, supporting the movement of guest amenities, food and beverage items, and luggage across the site.

The deployment marks a first-of-its-kind application for Korea’s resort industry, bringing autonomous delivery into daily guest service across a large, distributed property.

For hospitality operators, RoboVans provide a flexible way to manage frequent internal deliveries while supporting service efficiency and guest convenience.

The Jeju project also broadens the range of environments where autonomous logistics can create value. Alongside urban delivery, retail replenishment and campus logistics, resorts and tourism destinations represent another practical setting for autonomous delivery.

For Neolix, the deployment reflects how RoboVan technology can adapt to different industries and operating environments as autonomous logistics becomes part of everyday infrastructure.
