- Responsibilities:
- Government Affairs
- Serve as the primary liaison with road authority regulators and relevant agencies (e.g. LTA).
- Lead applications for road testing permits, operational approvals, and PoC programs.
- Monitor policy trends, and competitor activities.
- Partnership Development
- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships across logistics, e-commerce, and the technology ecosystem (e.g. universities, science parks). Drive MoUs and PoC projects with key partners.
- Sales & Operations
- Lead local sales efforts, focusing on first-, middle-, and last-mile delivery scenarios in industrial parks and on public roads.
- Conduct customer needs analysis and provide end-to-end technical solutions, including solution design, presentations, documentation, and consulting.
- Establish 2–3 flagship PoC showcase projects within the first year.
- Coordinate vehicle importation, route surveys, and local operational services (connectivity, insurance, parking, and charging) to ensure smooth vehicle deployment.
- Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the Hong Kong mobility, automotive, or technology sectors. Familiarity with road authority approval processes is highly preferred. Experience in autonomous driving, electric vehicles, or logistics is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong local network and proven ability to integrate and mobilize resources.
- Languages: Cantonese and English as working languages.
