On September 23, 2025, Neolix, a global leader in autonomous delivery, announced that the 10,000th vehicle was officially delivered in Tonglu, Zhejiang, marking not only the birth of the world's first 10,000-unit autonomous delivery fleet, but also a major milestone for the autonomous delivery industry from technical validation to large-scale commercial deployment.

Around 4 PM that day, a Neolix X6 autonomous vehicle emblazoned with the number "10000" slowly rolled off the production line, passing through an invisible door symbolizing "the beginning of a new era," and made its official debut. Subsequently, Yu Enyuan, founder and CEO of Neolix, delivered the vehicle to customer He Xiaoqin from Tianshui, Gansu, for use in upgrading Tianshui's smart logistics system, further improving local logistics delivery efficiency and service quality.
Li Mingsong, Party member and Deputy Director of Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Feng Jing, Secretary of Tonglu County Party Committee, Zhang Suping, Standing Committee Member and Secretary of the Development Zone Party Working Committee, Lai Meisong, Chairman of ZTO Express, Wang Yong, Vice President of YTO Express, Huang Chunlin, Special Assistant to the President of Yunda Express, Ren Huifang, Head of Value-Added Business Department of STO Express, Song Yulong, Head of Autonomous Vehicles at Jitu Express, and investor representatives attended and witnessed this milestone moment.

Since its establishment in 2018, Neolix has been committed to the mission of "making autonomous vehicles accessible globally," completing the leap from technological breakthroughs to large-scale deployment in 7 years: in 2019, the world's first 10,000-unit capacity factory was put into operation; in 2021, it obtained the first batch of autonomous delivery vehicle road qualifications in China; in 2024, deliveries first exceeded 1,000 units; and today, the 10,000th autonomous vehicle officially rolled off the production line, achieving a leapfrog development from "pioneer" to "leader."
"The rollout of the 10,000th vehicle is a small step for Neolix, but a new beginning for the autonomous delivery industry," said Yu Enyuan, founder and CEO of Neolix, expressing confidence that autonomous vehicles will reshape the entire global logistics infrastructure in the future, better reducing costs and increasing efficiency for customers, and bringing greater value to society.

The industry generally believes that the delivery of 10,000 vehicles is a key milestone for autonomous vehicles to move from trials to large-scale applications. For enterprises, this not only validates the reliability and scalability of the technology, but also significantly reduces operating costs, improves commercial viability, accelerates profitability, strengthens market confidence, and attracts capital investment. From an industry perspective, large-scale deployment of autonomous vehicles helps promote the popularization of autonomous delivery in urban logistics, provides core support for industry standard setting and smart city construction, and drives the entire autonomous delivery sector into a mature development stage.

As the customer receiving the 10,000th Neolix autonomous vehicle, He Xiaoqin had previously purchased more than ten Neolix autonomous vehicles. She introduced that autonomous vehicles have been deeply integrated into Tianshui's express logistics system, improving delivery efficiency and bringing faster and more convenient service experiences to Tianshui citizens. With the addition of a new batch of autonomous vehicles, it will further promote the intelligent upgrade of the local logistics industry and contribute to social and economic development.

Beyond express delivery scenarios, Neolix autonomous vehicles are also accelerating deployment in instant logistics, fresh food delivery, pharmaceutical cold chain, group meal transportation, community retail, and other scenarios, which will become new growth drivers. Especially since the second half of this year, Neolix has extended to real-time dispatch logistics through cooperation with Didi Freight. It is expected that by the end of this year, Neolix's deployment of autonomous vehicles in scenarios other than express delivery will reach 4,000 to 5,000 units, most of which will be used for real-time logistics dispatch.
From express delivery outlets to community street corners, from cold chain warehouses to supermarket warehouses, Neolix's 10,000th autonomous vehicle is carrying the "vast universe of autonomous delivery" and driving toward a broader future.
